Your Tasks

With your technical know-how you are the first contact person for our customers. You accompany the commissioning of our monitoring solution in the customer network and support as a contact person for all technical questions. You inspire with product demos and ensure a high-quality service for the users. You will work closely with our sales and development teams.

• Planning and installation of our network monitoring solution for our customers
• Technical support in the analysis and elimination of system malfunctions - primarily by telephone and/or electronically, sometimes also on site
• Documentation of your activities and coordination of solutions with our teams
• Technical support of our sales department in projects with our sales partners
• Conception, preparation and execution of product presentations
• Support in the further development of our portfolio through knowledge of technological developments and market trends

What you bring to the job

• Completed technical studies or IT vocational training or comparable qualification
• Experience in network administration, ideally in an OT environment
• Good knowledge of firewalls / switches and routers is a prerequisite
• Experience in network monitoring and customer support desirable
• Enthusiasm for industrial automation and cybersecurity
• Convincing appearance, empathy and friendly communication style
• High problem-solving ability and analytical thinking, independent and structured way of working
• Flexible willingness to travel in the D/A/CH region
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
